1. Free Trial Period
We provide all new users with a 14-day free trial, during which they can fully explore the features of RankedTracker, including:
- Keyword tracking
- Competitor analysis
- AI visibility insights
- Real-time performance reporting
During this trial, you will not be charged, and no payment information is required upfront. This trial period is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of how our services function and whether they meet your business or personal needs.
2. Subscription Charges
If you choose to continue using RankedTracker after the 14-day free trial, you will be prompted to subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription charges will be billed automatically based on the plan you select (monthly or annual), and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
By proceeding with the subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable charges and billing cycle.
3. No Refund Policy
Because we offer a full-featured 14-day free trial, all payments made after the trial period are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly and annual subscription fees
- Charges for any upgrades or add-ons
- Charges billed after trial expiration due to failure to cancel
We do not offer partial refunds, prorated billing, or credits for unused time within an active billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your trial or billing period to avoid future charges. Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@rankedtracker.com.
Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for charges already incurred.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, solely at our discretion, where required by applicable law or in cases of proven technical failure that prevented access to the platform during the active paid subscription.
